Welcome to Sky Pharmacy Addis Ababa ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy outlines how our Android mobile application (com.klcomm.skypharmacy) and catalog website handle user information when you browse our retail healthcare catalog and communicate with our on-duty pharmacists.

We operate as a community retail pharmacy located in Bole Sub-City, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We respect user privacy and adhere to strict data minimization principles.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Our application operates as a standalone digital retail catalog and communication tool:

• No User Accounts: You do not need to register, create a profile, or store passwords.
• No In-App Payments: We do not collect credit cards, debit cards, or banking credentials.
• No Health Sensor Tracking: The app does not access Health Connect APIs or fitness sensors.
• No Background Location Tracking: The app does not track your physical location in the background.
• No Advertising Identifiers: We do not use advertising IDs (AD_ID) or ad networks.

3. Direct Inquiries & Orders

When you use the voluntary "Order via WhatsApp" or "Send Order to Bezawit" options:

• The contact details you provide (such as Name, Phone Number, and selected catalog items) are transferred directly into your device's WhatsApp application to start a conversation with our licensed pharmacy desk.
• This information is transmitted directly over end-to-end encrypted messaging to our staff and is never sold, shared, or repurposed.
